Some useless facts:
Sheena's weapons are something called ofuda, which are magical charms made from strips of paper (sometimes other materials like wood). Sometimes they're for banishing evil spirits and will have the characters for "Evil Spirit Banishment" on them. Sometimes they have other things written on them, such as the name (or even picture) of a deity.

If you translate the Japanese names of Sheena's elemental weapons literally into English, they are:
Card of Fire -> Fire Bear
Card of Water -> Water Bird
Card of Earth -> Earth Dragon
Card of Ice -> Ice Wolf
Card of Wind -> Wind Cat
Card of Lightning -> Thunder Mouse

Acalanatha is a god(?) in Vajrayana Buddhism, known as The Immoveable One. He is the destroyer of delusion and the protector of Buddhism. His immovability refers to his ability to remain unmoved by carnal temptations. In Japanese, his name is Fudou Myou Ou (the weapon's name is just Fudou).

Asuras (aka ashura) are some powerful beings in Hindu mythology that are opposed to these other powerful beings called devas. The word is sometimes translated as "demon," but that implies that the asuras were evil, which they weren't necessarily. Famous asuras include Mitra, Varuna, and Vritra.

Yasha (the Japanese name for the Yaksa weapon) are vampire-bat demons from Japanese mythology which are believed to be women whose anger lowered their status when they were reborn. In Hindu mythology Yaksa/Yaksha were demigods which served Kubera, the god of wealth, and they didn't sound very feminine or bat-like. Vajra is the bolt of lightning weilded as a weapon by the thunder god Indra. It's a Sanskrit word which can mean "thunderbolt" or "diamond," and has a connotation meaning "reality."
